👋 Hellooo, I’m Sofía Hernández
I’m originally from Mexico and currently pursuing my PhD at Uppsala University in the department of Pharmaceutical Biosciences. During my PhD, I’ll be part of the MedBioInfo graduate program.
My research focuses on advancing Cell Painting for environmental compound screening and toxicity prediction — combining bioinformatics, machine learning, and high-content imaging to better understand cellular responses.
